Did you know that Møns Klint hiding the remains of Denmark's oldest castle complex?
From the GeoCentre we go on a short hike through the wildest and most dramatic part of Klinteskoven. The target is the remains of Denmark's oldest castle complex, which is located on Timmesøbjerg a whopping 113 meters above sea level. Wasn't the Bronze Age peaceful? What did a Bronze Age castle look like? How did ancient man defend himself against invaders?
Along the way the guide will talk about the mysterious fort as well as life and war in the Bronze Age. Wasn't the Bronze Age peaceful? What did a Bronze Age fort look like? How did the people of the Bronze Age defend themselves against invaders?
You will also hear about the unique nature of the area, where you can find e.g. Denmark's oldest beech trees.
A guided tour to Timmesøbjerg costs only 25 DKK per person + entrance ticket to GeoCenter Møns Klint.

Practical informations
A guided tour to Timmesøbjerg costs DKK 25 per person + entrance ticket to the GeoCenter. You book a place on the tour when you buy an entrance ticket.
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Recommended for both children and adults. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, as the tour goes through hilly terrain.
