The autumn holidays at the GeoCenter Møns Klint offers plenty of experiences for the whole family.
Every day there are new children's activities in the workshop - and then there is something about the fact that Denmark's largest volcano erupts on Møns Klint – right now during the autumn holidays?!
GeoCenter Møns Klint is open every day during the autumn holidays, 12.-20. October 2024 at 10-17.

New activities every day...
The autumn holiday offers lots of fun and exciting activities, both outside and inside.
Please note that the guided activities cost DKK 25 per person + entrance ticket.
Join us on an expedition to the past! Every day at 11 and at 14 you can join us on a guided trip to the fossil beach and perhaps find your own 70 million. years old fossil. Suitable for both children and adults.
Feel the rush in your stomach. The treeclimbing course is open every day at 12-16, where trained instructors guide you safely up into the treetops – and back down again.
Join a guided tour, deep in the forest, where we look for the remains of an ancient fortification from the Bronze Age. The guided tours are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 13.00 – 14.15.
It's true! Our data show that Denmark's largest volcano is erupting on Møns Klint just in time for the autumn holidays! Specifically, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 14.30. Come and see for yourself - if you dare;)
Of course, there are also plenty of experiences inside! Explore the large, interactive exhibition about Denmark's wild past and Møn's fascinating nature. Try our Virtual Reality challenges, watch the new films in the 3D cinema, and experience the new exhibition about Høje Møn's wild, wonderful biodiversity. The exhibition is open every day at 10-17.
The whole week offers lots of "cosy" autumn activities in the workshop.
